Dallas Repo Company offers contingency-based recovery pricing built for lenders, finance companies, and dealerships that need clear, predictable costs. We specialize in locating and recovering collateral across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, with straightforward repo fees based on vehicle type. We also provide full-service repossession for standard and specialty vehicle assets.
Hold Harmless Agreement Required
You must complete a Hold Harmless Agreement before we begin any assignment. Download, complete, and email it back before we start working together.
Standard Towing Fees
Flat-rate towing fees apply to all repossession assignments. Fees are based on vehicle class and drive type.

If the debtor does not surrender their keys, our locksmith will need to cut a replacement key. An additional charge will apply. Please provide the year and make of the vehicle when you call and we will give you an exact quote for the key cut.
Dallas Repo Company is a contingent repossession agency. If we cannot recover your vehicle, there is no charge. Our contingent fees range from 10% to 20% of the collateral's fair market value, set by the level of effort and time required to recover the asset. We use Edmunds.com to establish value for any vehicle type.
10 days of complimentary storage are included for all clients following payment of their invoice in full. Standard daily storage rates apply after that period.
